Can I return my purchase?
Unopened items may be returned within 7 days for an exchange, refund or store credit. Opened, damaged, or items without a receipt may be denied exchange, refund, or store credit.
My purchase is damaged. Now what?
Hey pretty, sorry you received a damaged item. Please contact us prior to returning your merchandise so that you may receive a return authorization. If approved for a refund, any orders that received free shipping will receive a refund less the shipping fee.
