If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at assist@prettyplanco.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used Planner inserts and dashboards (due to their printable/paper nature)
- Discounted or sale items
- Digital downloads
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color if the item is unused and returned within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
